By accessing or using Thezer0 Tools ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Use of the platform

Thezer0 Tools grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to access and use the Platform for lawful purposes only.

You may use the Platform to:

• Process files, images, PDFs, and text using the provided tools
• Access and download the output of those tools for personal or commercial use
• Share links to individual tools with others

All tools are provided free of charge with no registration required.

3. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Platform in a way that burdens our infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform's server-side components
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code through the Platform
• Impersonate Thezer0 Tools or its team in any way
• Use the Platform to process content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including the design, layout, CSS, JavaScript code, and written content — is the property of Thezer0 Tools and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of any files, text, or data you process using our tools. We make no claim to your content.

Open-source libraries used by the Platform remain the property of their respective authors and are used in accordance with their licences.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any output produced by our tools. You use the Platform at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thezer0 Tools and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which, given the Platform is free, will typically be zero).

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do so. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Material changes will be highlighted where possible. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
